Finally I can go and see birds again. Here is one of the pretty birds that people come to Mexico for. I photographed it in the mountains of Morelos close to the border of Mexico DF. Thanks for looking.

Colors look a bit strange in my Camino browser, but look better with Safari (I am a MAC guy). I converted it to sRGB, so hope you guys can see the nice red.

Lovely details of the bird slightly over exposed but over all a good shot.

Thank you for your comment, Ram. Could you please check if you download the picture and open it in PS whether it still looks overexposed?

Lorant, I like the contrasting colours between the bird and BG, and although I cant check now, the reds look fine to me.

The OP is more likely a bit too light rather than overexposed. I am not near PS but I can clearly see details in the whites of the cheek, which to me matters most. The branch needs some dodging I reckon, and even the repost missed addressing that IMHO. It's a matter of taste I suppose. :)

Nice job my brother Lóránt. Pose is great, and I love the little emerging buds.

Thanks for the comments and the repost. Akos testver/brother/bhai/amigo. I really appreciate your input. I will try the corrections of the perch. Light was very harsh and I burned so bad that day:-). I will go back very early next time (I was at another place since 5:30 AM...the wrong place).
