A nice pose, low angle, background, and light. Good job on the exposure. The bird is a bit tight in the frame for my taste - you might consider adding room on the top and left. If this was mine, I would clone one of the 2 catchlights, remove all the scattered bits of food on the snow, and maybe back off of the sharpening a little. :)

Looks very sharp to me. In addition to losing the seed I would add some room in front if I had it. Love the low angle.

Cool bird, i've only ever gotten long-distance shots of these guys.

Like was said already, the seed must go :)
I too love the low angle and the head turn is sublime, more space in front and check the head edges, slight halo could be dealt with.

Light and angle look good. Adding to the other comments, the colors don't look right to me and I would sharpen a bit less.
