Classic Canada goose pose, they sure can be cranky.
Well exposed, the body looks a bit sharper to me than the eye. With a group shoot like this, might have gone to a smaller aperture for greater DOF. Good choice on crop, might consider adding just a bit to the bottom and left, to give her more room to look into, might strengthen the story.
I do notice the 4th gosling behind her, but not much of a problem.

I like the behavior and those goslings look very nice. I would have raised the ISO to be able to stop down more. The critical focus seems to be on the body. I would try to selectively sharpen the head and the goslings.
