Barnegat Lighthouse last Friday afternoon. Cropped about 20% from right; repaired clipped tail feathers and added a bit of canvas to the left. C&C appreciated.

She's beautiful, Bill, love the eye and the water droplets. Your repair work looks good to me, thanks for the disclosure. Somehow I missed you, perhaps you left before 3:30? We just got there around then and walked out to get ideas for Saturday.

Thanks Grace. I left right about 3:30 when the sun went behind a large dark cloud (it came out again just before sunset as I was driving out, as you probably saw). I did see a group of 3 or 4 photogs coming onto the rocks from the paved walkway as I was walking out on the sand - sorry I missed you.

Super pose Bill, and I like the light and sharpness in this. The droplets add to the image too.

Head angle, light and sharpness look very good. A lower angle would have made it even stronger.

She is sweet.. We probably crossed as we said we were not going to walk the because of the light, but did anyway.

Love the sharpness and the head angle. Nice work adding the canvas. Feather detail on the back is great.

Thank you all for the thoughtful comments.

Axel, I agree about the angle. As you know, that's tough to do from the rocks on the jetty, although as I recall you managed a low one from there recently.
