Captured this guy on my way home from Rocky Mt Naional Park this morning. I am also trying a new work-flow for my processing. Some of you may know I am still new at this (2 yrs), so any help would be appreciated.

Good head turn and eye contact. A contrast boost may improve the flat light and will make the picture brighter. Not sure about the branch on top.

Nice head turn, I would brighten the pupil and saturate it a little bit, the top branch isn't adding to the image and generally steep angle is taking away. TFS
