This is an unusual anhinga pose She would sink slowly with the beak up in the air

You stole my thought! I'd like it back please :D As soon as I read your description Al, I was thinking, "oh wow, she thinks she's a submersible"... Definitely an identity crisis. I like the center placement of the anhinga and the water rings coming out from the center. Very cool!

The concentric circles add to the charms of this capture, Al, very nice and unusual, even for the "snake" bird!

Good image to demonstrate when centering the subject works. I have done similar in many images and Blake already said why it works.
