Ring-billed Gull?

Taken January 2010 in St. Augustine, Florida area. What type of gull. Thanks in advance.

John- This looks like a first-winter Ring-billed Gull. Note the rather "dainty" appearance, pink bill with dark marks, and overall light colouration (Mew Gulls in this plumage would be darker). Plus location and date are perfect for this species.
