OK - my 2 cents,...we have an anchor in the foreground and a clean edge for a horizon. I must admit, Gus and Lance are so much better at this than me, I think I will just stop and wait for them. IMO, I would have extended the frozen lake and reduced the sky - love your work and what you are doing here.

HI Anita,
This is a sweet image, I like the lighting. The composition is fine the way it sits, would adjust the horizon a little CW...I like the mood...keep them coming...

Hi Anita - I too like this - you have your horizon line around the ROT - as Gus mentioned maybe a tad CW rotation.
Sweet light - I like how the sky colours closely mirror the foreground colours.
Good show :)

Lovely colors and nice composition Anita! I like this one a lot. Looks like the picnic will feature frozen food... :D

Lovely image Anita and the tittle does match perfectly !!!

Gives a good feel of winter ... would have been tempted to try something isolating the foreground only, beautiful tones and patterns !!!

Thanks to each of you for stopping to look and comment; much appreciated. Jeff, I went back again at the same time next day and took it at another angle: more lake and less sky. May post the other version later.
