“Harry The Fisherman”

Note: The head angle and eye contact is a tad off, but Harry did not cooperate, and would not listen to me, he was so concentrated at the task at hand.

This skillful fisherman was patiently waiting for his morning snack early Sunday morning in Shark Valley, Florida’s Everglades National Park. He was painted with a Nikon D300s, using a Nikkor AF-S 300mm f/4D - IF-ED , with a Nikkor 1.7 T/C.

Image Solution:
focal length @ 510mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / in camera matrix metering / 1/1,250sec. - f/10 / exposure comp @ +0.7EV / ISO @ 800 / white balance @ auto / AF - Mode @ AF - C / color space @ sRGB / lighting solution – ambient lighting / tone comp @ +1 degree / hue adjustment @ +1 degree / saturation factor @ +2 degrees / support platform – hand held, sitting down on the river bank with both hands braced against my knees. /

Comments greatly appreciated...

Hi Gus Not sure if something was reflecting to the bird but colors do look funky !!! ... .sometimes a little noise will make them turn some !!!
