All opinions welcome.

Hi Kaustubh, I noticed your comp is structured to show the beautifully colored water and reflections at Banff.
I did a few things to the image. First, I thought the canoist was too close to the shoreline and merging. I brought it down to give you an example of what I meant.(I realise you couldn't do this at the time since you would have to get higher) I also darkened the water a bit to try and bring out more of the reflection. It didn't help as much as I hoped.

Hi Kaustubh,
I was going to mention the canoeist.....so Dave's repost works if you are OK with such things. You may want to consider lightening the trees and slighly darkening the water....this may achieve what Dave was looking for. Home scans are tough.....so a better scan will make life easier!

Lovely setting KD, and just love the colour of that water. Have you got one of the canoist and the full length of the trees.

Stuart, no I dont believe I have that one. In the film days, I used to take only 150-200 photos on a 4-5 day trip :-(

Kaustubh,

I think Dave did a great job moving the canoeists to a better place in the image.

I think Roman is onto something with the tweaks he suggests. Just what I was thinking.
