The world's largest antelope, usually prone to running away, I was lucky this one was inquisative.

I would have liked to be lower but you are not allowed to get out of your car.

Taken in Mountain Zebra National Park, Eastern Cape, South Africa, 16th December 2009.

I like it Ken, angle seems fine with the head clearing into the pretty blue bg !! If anything would have a tad more room for the virtual feel I like it a lot !!!!

I like the running pose and eye contact and agree that a tad more room at the bottom would be good. What is that orange spot behind the eland?

I thought I had allowed enough room for the hidden legs and hoofs, but perhaps not.
The orange spot is a large rock glowing in the sunlight, most of the park and most of the Karoo is rock strewn.

For me just to get one in frame is praise enough Ken, well done! Nice pose and eye contact.

Marc,

I am afraid to say that I have a few more, of these usually non cooperative fellows.

Nicely caught, Ken. Normally docile, of fast and away. Like the POV, but agree to the space to be allowed for the legs in the grass, and then a bit past, but he focus point is to blame, I often get the same trimed bottom due to focus point being in the center instead of a but in the top 1/3.
