Flagpole gone is better...but either is great! Might lighten the crashing wave a touch.....but that extra element along with all the ice detail......you hit this one out of the park!

Hi Dennis,Image appears better without the flagpole along with beautiful light. The detail in the snow is whats really grabbing my eye with a strong leading line taking you to the waves. Very interesting composition taken at just the right time of day. Well done!

Dennis: This is really impressive. I love the action and the indication that the waves were at one time, much higher. I'm assuming that most of that white is ice from the waves. Terrific light. I like the one without the flagpole the best.

Liked everything about it. The lighthouse adds a lot. The contrast of the dynamic crashing wave and the still frozen snow makes it very interesting.
