Wild turkey II

This was taken at same time as the other turkey image, but this one has a head and an eye. I think you lose a bit of the curve-ness but the colors in the plumage hold up well. I added a bit to the bottom on this one as well so there was room for the virtual feet that are covered by the snow.

Like this one a lot better, having the visible eye does make a difference .... same for the virtual feet and a little space !! ...I would be very proud to have made this one !! Big Congrats !!!

A face only a mother could love...:eek::D This one is much better, I like the side pose with the slanted head turn. The details are sharp and the color rendition is good...well done...keep them coming...:cool:

Hi Gail - have to agree - do prefer being able to see the eye - lack of snow detail doesnt bother me - love high key. Like the room for the virtual feet as well.

This is great. And maybe it's just because I know now, but I can see the snow better here - I can see that the feet are there. It's face sure isn't this turkey's best feature, but still it's reassuring to see it.

The colours are gorgeous in here and I agree with my predecessors, the eye contact is a big +!!
