What's this symbol denote ?

Just noticed this unknown symbol next to the paper clip and it doesn't appear in many posts.

I think it means the image has tags. Not sure 100% though.

Not the image but the post. IF you hold your cursor over that icon you can see what the tags are. Within any post you create, you can edit the tags at the bottom, just above the quick reply box.
