There are still a few Chum Salmon heading up the stream to lay their eggs ,much to the delight of this little Dipper who found lunch ready to go

I like this one. The pose is nice, the color of the water and wet branch provide a nice sense of habitat, and the salmon egg gives it a nice splash of color and immediately draws you to the what's going on in the photo.

This is a really excellent shot.

Love the background, it's sharp and perfectly exposed.

Would have liked a hair more DOF to include the feet more and perhaps a little work on the eye to brighten the catch light and sharpen it a tad.

Very good image, great composition, eye contact, BG and sharpness. The salmon´s egg in the bill is the ice on the cake and it tells a story about the feeding habits of this bird. :-)
