Congratulations Thanaboon Jearkjirm
Wings Up
D700
70-200mm f2.8 VR with 1.7 TC
340mm
ISO 400
f7.1 at 1/2000s
Manual mode
Auto white balance
handheld
Adjust white balance, set white/black point, adjust curve to bring out more white detail, crop, clone out perch and part of another bird on the left side, NR, and sharpen.
Did try to lighten up the eye using brightness adjustment but it came out funny so decided not to, might try other method later.
I know terns are common, but it was my first time seeing one last week when I was shooting gulls. Wish for a more symmetry wing shape and more separation of the head and wing. Surely will go back again for these terns.
All comments and suggestions are welcome.
