I worked on this image together with the rest of the stuff I shot in Bosque, but I didn't like the original colors so I decided to play a little bit with a sepia conversion in LR.

Canon 7D + 500L. Processed in LR + PS3. Removed one partly cropped bird to the left, cloned the eye of the left crane (covered with the nictitating membrane) and cropped to 6mp.
ISO 500, 1/60s, f/11, -1.3EV (I don't know what I was thinking).

I hope this works for you.
Cheers,

Luis, Great pp work here. One would never know. The sepia looks good. I was wondering how a slight contrast boost in just the birds would look. Regarding "what was I thinking" BEEN THERE DONE THAT!!:)

Hi Luis, Excellent composition and pose. I like how the wings are slightly blurred giving it a strong sense of motion. I agree with Denise that a little more contrast might be just the thing to make it pop. Well done!

Excellent pan blur, Luis! Nice sense of motion and yet everything is so highly detailed. I like the conversion and the subtlety to it. Good placement of the birds in the frame. Very nice image!
