Shot this upper falls about 4 different ways. Here is one way that I was wondering If the foreground is too dominant. If I had my way I would of moved to the left a bit but then you would be reading about me in the obits.
Curious to hear what others have to say...

Hi Dave, I personally really like the FG. That strong green in my opinion is a good anchor and starting point in the image, your eye is then pulled right back to the falls. The falls and the fall color in the trees look nice. The exposre strong.

Dave,

When I browser crop and cover perhaps about 1/4 of the bottom, I find that balances the FG better by allowing the falls to become more prominent. So I guess I am agreeing the the FG may be too prominent.

Nice strong comp but the processing if a touch heavy for me. Looks like you used a lot of shadow/highlight.

Hey Dave,
I like the larger FG......greens make a very strong V to the falls......maybe a hair down on them but looks very good otherwise.
