“Ola”

Note:
A textured oil canvas finished was added to enhance Roberto’s good looks.

This is my little friend Roberto the pelican from Cancun, Mexico. I met Roberto by the docks just right off of Beach Street in Cancun. Roberto was painted with a Nikon D300s, using a Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8G ED lens.

Image Solution:
focal length @ 70mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / in camera matrix metering / 1/1250sec. - f/16 / exposure comp @ 0EV / ISO @ 800 / white balance @ auto / AF - Mode @ AF - C / color space @ sRGB / lighting solution – ambient lighting / tone comp @ +1 degree / hue adjustment @ +1 degree / saturation factor @ +2 degrees / support platform – hand held /

Comments greatly appreciated...

Composition is strong, love the shot as presented, Oil Canvas is beautiful !

Techs looks good, f/16 seems far down, but you have plenty of shutter and detail - well done. Love your flowers, but you should do more birds. They are fantastic.
