I took this picture before sunrise at Fort Desoto Beach. Look forward to comments.

Todd,
Great start. I would crop about 1/3 from the top and 1/3 from the right, to put the bird towards the top right. Then adjust the sky to bring out the clouds some more (I'm a PS klutz so I can't suggest how to best do that). And maybe try to bring out the wing feather detail just a little - I really like the hint of seeing individual trailing edge feathers. I like the 3 tone background, close wall, far buildings, and sky.
