These birds have been a terror at Anhinga Trail, sings have gone up warning but not much you can do !!!

Makes you really wonder why they like rubber weatherstripping so much. Is it the smell and do they use it as nesting material? If so, maybe insects and parasites don't like the smell?

Axel I was told it had to do with an oil in rubber? A couple years ago they totally removed the seal around a Suburban's windshield and were running down the parking lot with it :)
