This was taken a few mornings ago just prior to sunrise as the swanns flew over the Canoe Pass Channel of the Fraser River. 50D, 500 f/4 at f/4, 1/350, ISO1600.Photo is cropped from top, bottom and a bit from right. Dave

I like the similar wing position but the colors and patterns in the water make this one for me.

Hey Dave - I really love this shot. I have a bunch of swan shots but none of them are this cool. You can just sense their speed across that beautiful, wavy water. I believe you might have a color cast here in the magenta department but I've been wrong many times before. Great image!

Beautiful shot Dave. The symmetry of the two swans and the texture and colors in the water make this one. Light/color looks like what I'd expect to see this time of year where you're at though I've not been there myself.

Dave, Fantastic water colors. Love the symmetry of the birds as noted. I also like the clarity of the image.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I really appreciate them. The way the water turned out was a very pleasant surprise. Dave
