The light was harsh here, so fill flash was a good idea. The light angle being far to your left didn't help with the evenness of the lighting. A fairly steep shooting angle (hard to avoid that one sometimes), with the head angled away from us.
Nice color on the head, impressive feet. I might consider toning down the brightness of the trunk near the bottom of the frame.

Adding on Randy's comments, the feather detail seems really smooth. NR could be the culprit here, though it almost looks liked you applied a blur to the bird?
