Muskox

Last year I have been in Norway to phortograph landscapes and muskox. This male was photographed at the Dovrefjell mountain range in Norway. Though they are not very big, they still are quite impressive to be with. Certainly if you know that can outrun anyone very easy.

Love the soft light and the subject. The deadspace on the top would be great for an editorial photograph leaving the editor room for text but in this type of presentation a little crop off the top might help. I also wish we could see the eyes of the musk ox a bit better. Being able to see the eyes are vital in wildlife images...

A nice portrait of a musk ox, but since Dovrefjell has some amazing scenery I'd love to see a more scenic approach...Also...I think a lower angle might have helped to bring more intimacy into the photograph.
