Took this with my old 20 D, had no lenses at this point so a friend lent me a selection of lenses to try.
5.6/ 1/1000s/ AV Mode/ Eval 0 EC.
142mm ISO 400
A significant crop and had to add canvas at the top.
Taken around 2005.
Got lucky with this shot, it was a very overcast day.
Comments Appreciated.

Canada Geese are my favorite so you have me at a disadvantage, but I love the picture. Given the large crop it retains the key details. Fantastic capture angle, the image rocks,....!
Love the 0EV keeping things to the right and at 142MM I assume you heard some honking as well.

Hi Jackie - love the action and the open mouth.
I am thinking horizontal here - my eye keeps wanting to see more on the LHS.

Love the pose, the wing position, the open beak and details inside it, black and white look good too. Agree with Lance about the horizontal version.

Had more width, just dragged him over to the right a bit with content aware. Took down the vibrance a little bit too.
