Hi Ken, raising the 'bar' I see.

For me I would like to see a little more room top and bottom if possible as I feel it's just a tad tight. Great to see a little light in the eye, as most shots contain just that 'coal black' look with no sense feeling.

Lets hope she is doing well.

Steve,

Just letting everybody share in our amazing sighting.

Not too sure about the additional space this is full frame.

I hope she is doing well and am sure the Whale has done them a real good feast.

I guess Ken it is just a personal thing, as I have found too. I make my comments purely on the basis of 'MY' thoughts and have learnt to distill over the years from others (I hope :-)), especially having spent a lot of time with... and his thoughts too, LOL.

I do like the pose however, especially with the left paw in view, makes my size 9's rather small!

I am sure she has had her fill and is ready to den, and the whale has done its job.

cheers
Steve

Well exposed showing good fur detail. Comp wise, I would add a little to the top, and a lot more to the bottom. ( I take your point this was FF. )

Love the detail in the fur and the eyes are great. Agree about adding a little more space at the top.

Hello Ken,

Very good picture of this lovely polar bear... I like the fact that there is no eye contact here showing us that you don't disturb it at all! Excellent exposition of the fur! Great job and thanks for sharing it with us!
