Just a quick one from the south of Texas. I havent had much time to shoot yet.....but the conference Im at ends tomorrow and then I have a solid week of shooting :)

This one was in some pretty harsh light which I tried to balance using 4 flashes for fill. I'd love to hear how you think it looks?

Cheers!

It looks pretty good to me. Especially for using four flashes. I envy anyone who uses flash well as it is my major weak point. Well, one among many.

There looks to be a bit of motion? blur, especially in the right foot. I'm not sure @ 1/250 though as I don't think thrashers move that fast.

Nice shot Glen the thing i don't like is the brown in the back ground seems to much the same color as the bird

Nice setting, BG and details. I just wish for more eye contact. Enjoy your stay after the conference is over!

Nice shot Glen, I like the compostion and colours. Tend to agree a little more eye contact would have been nice. I agree with Jim, well done with the Flash, I am struggling with the use of flash myself.
