Has anyone tried the new TS-Es (17 or 24) on 5DMKII? have heard great things about both, would be happy to see a bunch of samples if anyone has them

I haven't had much practice with the 17 but its a great lens if you dont have enough space to take a few steps back

Awesome Pao, how to do you like the sharpness in corner areas?

I love the sharpness. :)

Wide open, shifted and tilted and i think even rotated

The hassle with the 17 is the front bulb-shaped optical element as it doesn't come with a hood. I heard replacing it would cost you $450. The 17's perfect for interiors or exteriors with very limited stepping back space. The 24's perfect for exteriors or interior whose dimension has a narrower field of view. I chose the 17 as I have the 24/1.4L II already

I have both of the new TS-Es, I've had the 17 for longer than the 24. Both are optically excellent. Unshifted, both are extremely sharp even in the corners. When shifted, the 24 is sharper than the 17 at equivalent apertures. Both also have excellent CA control. I'll try to dig up some sample images.

Here's one of the first pictures I took with the 17 at Lick this summer, fully shifted, no tilt.
