This is the Cave of the Three Eyes, located in Santo Domingo...the colors and rock formations are super...a must place to visit...:cool:

Hi Mr. Forns and Danny,
I actually don't know what the ring is used for. Water comes out over the top and I think it was made of some type of clay material, so its man made. :cool:
