A day at Caddo Lake SP, Texas

We took a trip from Houston to Arkansas to catch some fall cover and decided to stop for a night at Caddo Lake. Always enjoy the "deep south" atmosphere of the park.

Decided to try beating the sun up in the morning and was ewarded with a nice sunrise across the pond.

Colors where great for about 2-3 minutes. It's amazing how quickly the sky lit up and how quickly it was gone.
