A pair of Little bee-eaters on the Chobe River- Botswana.
Toned down exp on mid perch & left BE in CS3.
D3 500VR 1/3000s ISO900@f/5.6 -0.3EV Monopod and small boat.

Lovely pose and exposure, there's a sense of action in the shot. I'd tone down the right BE too, but maybe just a little so it provides a frame (may or may not work).

Marc, I like the diagonal perch, and lovely colours on both BE's. Good complimentary BG too.

I like everything about this image. While some might rather have the bird on the left with a better head angle. To me, it looks like it is checking out what the other bird has in it's beak and makes a nice behavior shot. Awesome background colors and good sharp detail on both birds.

Hi Marc: I love bee-eater shots and this is no exception. Lots of dynamic contrast here and some light to deal with as well but all well-handled as usual. Great looking composition that I think would be beautiful if matted and framed. Great job.

Whoops, I almost forgot - the background is gorgeous!!!

Beautiful EXP, composition BG, I would have gone to 1/1500sec f/8 to increase DOF to cover the upper bird's tail as well. TFS
