This is a 3" male "Daffodil" from one of my aquariums. He is guarding a clutch of eggs which are hidden in the "cave" behind and lower right. Cropped a little and PP'ed in ACR and CS3. C&C welcome.

Interesting shot Dan. Lovely colours and nice and soft feel to it. May also work with a bit of crop off the bottom. Lighting worked very well. Dave

You did very well here, Dan. Exposure is nice - no harsh spots at all with all that flash going on. I, too, might take a bit off the bottom - maybe just to above your signature line. Good details on the fish - seeing all the colors and tones of yellow in this really makes for a pleasing image. Maybe a tad more area on the right side of the frame for him to swim into would be nice but it's still a very good aquarium image.

Good job on this one. I find aquarium photography to be most challenging. I like the colors and details.
Nice use of flash.
