Beautiful fanned tailed and nice exposure. far wing position very good, close wing position ok. shadow on the head not ideal. Also harrier is too small in the photo and doesn't have enough resolution to show all of her stuff, if you can post larger images cropping tighter on the bird.

Wish the shadow was not there on the face, still loved the eye contact, the details and the faned tail adds well here, congrats..
