Superb exposure , details and subject , Beautiful eye contact and slightly away HA would have been ideal to avoid merging of beak but that do not bother me much, BG is killer
If mine I may add some space in front and sliver on top

I like the sharpness, eye contact and soft light and would give it a bit more room top and left.

Nice looking raptor. I also like the dry cracked mud floor its perched on. I agree with bill tip merging on body, and I find the dark (OOF?) area close to hidden eye a bit distracting (was something there in the BG that you removed?). I love the long dark swooping primaries and tail feathers.

Wow Clemente, great job with this beautiful species. Plenty of detail and his eye brings you in. Agree also with more room top and left. Congrats

Good feather detail, with lovely soft light. I like that eye, and feel the space on top is fine.

Clement, wonderful shot as usual. In your raptor photos, the eyes always look very good. Is there something special you do?

Clement - the last, but not least, harrier I've looked at this afternoon. The sharpness and eye clarity separate the bird from the dried-mud background in a way that makes this image different from others I've seen. I've never seen this bird before. Thanks for that as well.
