Wow, what a good looking flight shot. Exposure is bang on and the the timing is just pefect. Moreover this bird is a first timer for me...very well done

Sandra, big concrats ona tough to get image.
No simple task to get these guys in flight and you did it superbly.

These creatures are next to impossible (for me) to get decent flight shots of so I think this is just special :)

Whites a tad hot behind the head but overall the exposure looks great.

I might try blurring the background a bit more...not that the bird doesn't pop nicely now, but just to even it out a bit.

I'm jealous.

Thanks for all the kind words and suggestions. I waited an eternity (it seemed) for him to fly. I will try to tone down the whites a bit and blur the background a bit.

Very nice job!
Looks like this guy's a bullet. Back ground noise and cooked whites has been mentioned. I would suggest a moderate crop on bottom.

Wow great timing and detail. Might consider deaturating the BKGR and another vote for tighter crop.
