A bird I've been wanting to photograph for a while, was privileged to do so.
I'll be working hard on getting a similar frame in February, breeding plumage.
Went there again this weekend to better the angle, no luck...

Lovely gradients to the sky background.

I might try and tone down the rock a hair and I'd remove that one little white speck on the back of the cheek.

I'd also sharpen the eye a bit...perhaps these might improve a bit on simplistic and a beautiful image.
