Image looks soft to me, must be the slow shutter speed. Did you use a tripod?

Hi Arsdel. Lovely pose, beautiful bird, great composition. However(in my opinion of course) I see several errors that most likely caused lack of detail and overall blurriness of the image. 1)If the camera was hand held(I suspect strongly) the shutter speed is too slow. 1/100 is not fast enough to compensate for camera shake. You did not indicate what focal length you used, but I would suspect 400mm, which should translate to needing approx 1/500sec or faster needed. 1/000sec should work out nicely. 2) F/13 is essentially wasted depth of field. You don't need it, and you are sacrificing shutter speed. In other words if you can get by, with lets say F/5.6, which I would be my guess, you could easily get the shutter speed over 1/1000 sec.
hope I've been helpfull~Bill
