Yellowstone is beautiful at anytime of the year and definitely the wonderful waterfalls were a real bonus.

Hi Judy, Nice flow with soft detail in the water. I'm surprised that shooting this at F20 your foreground is soft. At first I thought the wind might be blowing but noticed the foreground rock is soft also. I like your basic comp but would wish for a bit more room on the left.

I agree with Daves assesment on more room and the softness......sometimes when it's that dark it is hard to judge. I may also have preferred this w/o the top branch but not always possible to avoid. Looks like you girls and guys had a great time! Glad to see you exploring the landscapes!!!

For me the top branch works as a framing element. Just wish the FG wasn't as soft as it is. But still a real fine image. And yes , Yellowstone is a treasure.

I agree on the softness, although this may be a result of camera shake. Just because your lens can go to f/20 or f/22, doesn't mean to shoot that closed down. It can cause an image to go soft. A len's sweet spot is usually between f/8 and f/13. Just a suggestion.
