This is an image of a "Tree Owl" that I found at Merritt Island NWR yesterday. For those of you in the area, it is located within 1/4 mile of the Eagle's nest, where the naturalist is stationed during the season. We never noticed it before, but thought it was interesting. Obviously one of the tree trimming crew members had a little fun one day! ;)

This is a three image HDR, my first attempt at it.

There is another vision of this in the OOTB board, should you care to view it.

Enjoy!

Yup, just keep your eyes open in the area. It's very obvious when you know it is there, but until then it is nicely hidden in the tree. Hope you get to view it.
