Great low angle and comp. Would like to know the post processing used on the image. Almost looks like a studio portrait.

I love it. Great angle, I've never thought of getting down that low with coyotes.

A striking image... I really like the low angle too, and would like to hear your processing method on this - you've achieved a very silky, artistic look to this... great details, pose and colors... very nice.

Used LR and and nothing special. The coyote was approaching me through the mists of the thermal features at Steamboat point with Yellowstone Lake as the BG. Rather than trying to eliminate that I accentuated it with about 30 points of negative clarity to enhance the dreamy look. Not only do I like getting down at eye level with these guys for the photographic effect, I find that if you sit down and stay still they will approach much more closely and appear very curious.

As already mentioned a very creative looking image with lovely lighting and detail but the low angle and straight on pose really makes this one for me. Beautiful capture Mike !!!!

Ditto Morkel on the sky. This is quite something Mike. Is different and does indeed have that dreamy portraiture studio effect that looks quite good here. Suits it. Almost as if the negative clarity is working as a soft focus filter. Nicely done and very appealing.
