One of my first trips photographing at the beach, I could have selected 200 ISO with this shutter speed.

Fellow looks like he had a rough night. Appears nicely exposed to me. I might consider a tad more room at the left.

Hi Jeff,
I like the image and capture. You have sharp feather details with good color rendition, a good head angle and sharp eye...I would also add just a slice more room to the left side of your frame...good show...looking forward to your next one...

HI Jeff - Lots to like here - low shooting angle - Like the ruffled look, Good HA and eye contact - catchlight, Exposure looks spot on.
Just a little more room up front for my personal tatses.
Sweet!!

Hi Jeff, Very nice pose and HA. Like the ruffled feathers! Good exposure as well. Looking at this, I kind of wish that there was a bit more separation between the bird and BG, so I would suggest maybe darkening the BG just a tad.

Agree on the little extra space to the left and there seems a little cast on the upper part of the image?

Love the fluffing pose and look, exposure is right on. This is my kind of beach image, love it Big Congrats !!!
