Hi Michael,
This is located on Lincoln Road, which is 17th street, a few blocks east of Alton Road, and this is the Colony theater, not the Colony Hotel that you are thinking of which is located on Ocean Drive and 8th street... :) By the way, Lincoln Road is laced with sidewalk café's and quaint little restaurants on each side...a nice place to visit...:D:cool:
