Paul, I like the bright green against the dark BG but, for me, the BG is way too busy. I think if you had moved the two sticks, leaving just the leaves you would have had a much stronger comp here. As is, I'd crop it way down to just the green leaves and try to eliminate as much of the busy BG as possible.

Hi Paul, I am with Jules on this one.....BG is too busy. The contrast in colors is interesting but I feel the sticks are a bit out of place.
