Hi Milt - not sure about what Picassa 3 does, but looks like there is some loss of detail in the feathers.
Im afraid the HAP may want to talk to you about this one - head is angled away from the camera a little.

Think I am seeing a bit of a halo around the bill and other area's. The white area in the URHC is a little distracting.

Hi Milt,
I like the capture...your head angle is off, the bird is looking away from you, also you have no details in the blacks, and the subject looks a tad on the soft side, the focus point was not on the eye...I see the halo around the head and bill area, along with noise...you might want to run a low level pass of noise reduction and selective sharpen the eye...looking forward to your next one...:cool:

Love the catch light in the eye and the open beak. There seem to be a bit of noise around the neck, maybe try a little NR.
