Nice one, Denise! What did you do to the flower? I love the soft diffused look.

Thanks Julie. I did several layers , added a tint, find edges, blend mode, masked back in some of the center and then pinch filter-then I re-cropped and did a spherize to it.

The image works perfectly with the words, Denise.

Either that, or I had a really good time last night. Probably both.

I love the Haiku but in all honesty have trouble seeing how the blurry flower relates to time. :)

Akos, I was seeing the flower as slipping away more than seeing it blurry. But those were just my thoughts.

A midlife crisis
So how does someone avoid it
Friends and family

Am I close?

James, Sometimes I feel that there are so many things I'd like to do and accomplish. The time goes by so quickly. I hope I don't run out...
You're good:)

Thanks for explaining your thoughts Denise. Makes perfect sense now. I should have concluded that. :)

Denise, this is a very clever combo. For me, the brief lifespan of a lovely flower symbolizes the ephemeral fleeting nature of life. Time is my nemesis. Well done!

Thankyou John, I appreciate the kind words and I'm glad you understood my thoughts.
