In my newly found location there are many of these little fellows. Might be just a simple sparrow for one, but I find them very elegant. This was taken in an overcast afternoon in the mountains at the South edge of Mexico DF. Thanks for looking.

Love the composition, maybe tone down bright yellow spots on left a tad - well done. Very regal pose, larger aperture might have toned down the habitat as well. Which I agree is an important part of the image.

Nice species, pose, and comp, light was nice and detail is great. BG is a tad bussy though.
Congratulations!

Interesting bird that I'm not familiar with. I like the angle, perch, sharpness and soft light. The yellow flowers in the BG are a bit distracting, I might try toning them down a little.

Ez nagyon frankó Lóri!

I like the fluffed plumage and inclusion of habitat. The light, while a little flat, is still nice, and contrast is excellent. Congrats my brother. :)

Lorant lovely pose on this little bird and I like the mossy rock perch too. Did you take any photos with a shallower DOF? I like the colours in the BG but they are almost in focus and so they tend to draw the eye.
