It'll also open 7D RAW files. I downloaded an ISO 1600 shot from imagingresource.com and was most impressed with the noise!

I am really glad to hear that the 7D files can be opened. When the camera arrives one less thing to worry about. Glad to hear ISO 1600 looks good!!!
