From our trip to Svalbard. The young gull was sitting on top of an iceberg we circled a couple of times.

Nice use of the upper left third. A bit of a crop from the left would strenghten that a bit. Removing the blue cast is optional. Was the ice blue to start with?

Good comments from above. I would add that some NR on the BG would help.

Interesting crop and pose and I like the color of the ice a lot. I would remove the color noise in the BG.

Many thanks for your comments. I have now tried the Luminance and Color NR sliders in LR2.4 which helped a lot at 50/50.

The colour is as is, my only change in LR2.4 was an increase of the exposure slider of +0,56. The colour temperature is at 5700 Kelvin as chosen by the 5DII in auto WB.
