Good-looking specimen, good pose, eye contact and BG, too. I might remove one of the catchlights and sharpen the bird a tad more.

I agree on removing the second catchlight, but I will also knock another point off for the head being angled slightly away from us. Killer BG, and nice thin perch.

Nicely diffused background. A slight head turn towards you would have been great.

Cool perch and a good exposure. Another vote for removing a catchlight and selectively sharpening the head.

Love those shrikes.
I like the BG, the back view, look over the shoulder and Comp.
Agree with removing one catchlight and some more sharpening on the head.
