This nesting Least Tern caught my eye b/c it had dug it's little scrape right next to this shell. Maybe it offered the nesting bird some protection in some small way. Nothing was removed from this image and only slight crop.

good expsoure, sharpness and low angle. I might crop a little off the top.

Nice low angle. The background is nicely diffused. I like the composition. Thanks for sharing.

Lovely, i like the bird and the exposure. There is too much of dead space on the top.I like the gradual color change in the BG as well.

I love the intimacy of this image thanks to the low angle and shallow DOF. Would like to see more room on right and less on top for a stronger horizontal composition.

Nice image and well exposed. I understand what others are saying about cropping the top part of the image, but in my mind to take away the color graduation at the top of the image would detract from its overall appearance and alter the perception of depth that it provides. depth Difficult decision.

I like your minimalist approach, Marina. To my eye, the composition feels a bit too heavy on the right side, a slight trim on the left (as viewed), which then would lead to a bit off the top, would negate that feeling without changing the overall impact. Lovely feeling to this image.
